Our warranty is not a legal formality. It is a practical commitment to the longevity of a piece you will wear every day for decades.
Fine jewellery should last a lifetime. When something goes wrong — and occasionally it does — we want you to know exactly what we will do about it, and how quickly.
Every piece we make is covered by a combination of a two-year structural warranty, a first-year free resizing guarantee, and a lifetime service relationship that includes complimentary cleaning, polishing, and annual inspection.

Statutory rights
Our warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under European consumer law. Under Directive 2019/771/EU on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods, consumers are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee against non-conformity from the seller. Our commercial warranty runs in parallel with this statutory protection. If a defect appears within the first twelve months of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we can demonstrate otherwise.
