Every ring we make travels to its destination in the same condition it left our studio. Here is how we ensure that, and what to expect at each stage.
A piece of fine jewellery deserves to arrive as it was intended — in perfect condition, discreetly packaged, and tracked from the moment it leaves Riga.
We ship every order free of charge, to all destinations we serve. There are no minimum order values, no handling fees, and no surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay — delivery included.

Your timeline
Total time from order confirmation to delivery: approximately 23–25 working days. If you have a specific date in mind — a birthday, an anniversary, a proposal — contact us and we will confirm whether your timeline is achievable before you place your order.

What clients ask us
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes. If you are working toward a particular date — a proposal, a birthday, an anniversary — let us know when you place your order. We will confirm whether the timeline is achievable and, where possible, prioritise dispatch accordingly. We will never promise a date we cannot meet.
What if nobody is home when the ring arrives?
All shipments require a signature on receipt. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be present during working hours.
Will there be import duties for UK or Switzerland deliveries?
Possibly. The UK and Switzerland are outside the EU customs area, meaning import duties or local VAT may apply on arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are uncertain about applicable rates.
Can I ship to a different address — as a gift?
Yes. During checkout you can specify a separate delivery address. For gift deliveries, we omit pricing information from all paperwork inside the box. The certificate and warranty documentation are included, but presented without any reference to the purchase price.
What happens if the ring arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at info@88facets.com with photographs of the packaging and the piece. Every shipment is insured for its full value. We will arrange collection, repair or replacement, and return delivery at no cost to you — and we will handle the insurance claim on your behalf.
